Plantings

Now we’re adding some data. Again, it’s pretty self explanatory. Name, Planting Type and Planting Date are the only required form fields. It’s recommended that you fill out everything that applies because that data can be useful for later examination. There are three Planting Types; Sown in Trays, Transplanted and Direct Sown.

Note: In Add New Planting form, there is a place to Select a Planting. That’s for the case where you want to record seed starting as a Planting and later, the transplant of the seedlings as a different Planting.
