Problems Taxonomy, not to be confused with Plant Problems Records, are a Hierarchical taxonomy listing problems in an organized way. They can be added, edited and deleted here and chosen from or added when creating Field Notes or Plant Problems Records. You may or may not have much to add here or may wish to use your existing system. It’s up to you. You can use FarmWP and add what you have now and more later or not. Keep in mind, taxonomies don’t hold much information. It’s more of an index of words to be attached to fuller content. Mainly Field Notes and Plant Problems as mentioned above.
Plant Problems Records are a full content type where you can add everything you know about a given disease or pest, causes, description, pics, cures, IPM info etc
Next up in Taxonomies is Plant Types and/or Tree Types which are nearly identical as far as inputting data.
