A windless day

So rare most of the year here in the Ozarks where cool and warm fronts battle it out to see who’ll win. I always have something that would be best done without 20-40 mph gusts.

Today’s low wind task is to lay black plastic sheeting down where I want to kill off the grass for future growing areas. I still have a lot of grass in the tunnel plus I want to start adding beds outside the tunnel.

Yay for me, I put the push mower in the tunnel out of the rain yesterday before it poured. Should fire right up so I can mow the grass short where I want to put plastic down.

I also have some grading around the tunnel to do and it ought to be plenty moist enough for that. Might be too wet today but tomorrow or the next day should be good.
